**Certified Organic Beef is primarily grass fed.  The small amount of corn they are fed is grown on our own organic fields.  Halves and quarters available by preorder.  $4.00/lb hanging weight, plus processing costs.

All meat is processed at Leona Meats in Troy, PA, known for their quality and attention to detail. 
The plant is USDA inspected and became Certified Organic in November 2004.
